Registration Process
First Step
Contact the Club
Reach out to us before registering. We will guide you through the process and send your personal SPOND and FA registration links.
Step 2 — SPOND
Register via the SPOND link provided by the club. Complete your player details and set up payment through the link sent to you.
Step 3 — The FA
Complete your FA registration via the link provided by the club. Both registrations must be done to become a fully eligible player.
Important Notice
Do not attempt to self-register. All registration links are issued by the club following initial contact.
Validation
Registrations are reviewed by an administrator. Incorrect or unsolicited submissions will be cancelled and refunded.
You're In
Season Ready
Once both SPOND and FA registrations are confirmed, you're a fully eligible Princes Park Youth FC player.
Club System
Register on SPOND
The club uses SPOND to store player information, manage communication, and process payments. Your personal SPOND registration link will be provided by the club after initial contact.
Official Body
The FA Registration
All players must also register with The FA through their official platform. Your FA registration link will be provided by the club alongside your SPOND link.
Fees & Payments
2025/26 Season
Includes all training sessions and league matches from September to June.
Payment Options
- Full payment
- 8 monthly instalments of £25 via direct debit

- Summer tournament costs not included
- Playing kit purchased separately via club shop
Training Only
£10/mo
Players invited to train but not compete. Via direct debit only — max 9 months, Sept to June.
Mid-Season Join
Fees are calculated on a pro-rata basis — not charged at the full seasonal rate.
Your Fees Cover
Discounts & Support
Financial support options available for all families.
Sibling Discount
A 25% discount is offered for younger siblings. The oldest player pays full fees, with each additional sibling receiving a 25% reduction.
Financial Assistance
Available for families receiving Universal Credit or other qualifying support, or where the child receives free school meals.
Contact the Club Secretary for a confidential discussion and proof of eligibility.
Important Payment Policy
The club does not accept cash or cheques.
Official Gear
Club Kit & Merchandise
All registered players are required to purchase the official Princes Park Youth Football Club playing kit. Training kit is also available at cost price.
Wearing the official PPYFC kit reinforces identity, pride, and unity across all teams and matches.
